Terms of Service

We provide website design, development and optional ongoing website management. The services, features and deliverables included in your project are set out in your quote or proposal. Anything not included may be quoted and charged separately.

• Website builds are $997 AUD (including GST) unless otherwise quoted.
• Website management is $149.95 AUD per month (including GST) with an initial minimum term of 6 months from the website launch date.
• After the initial 6-month term, management continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
• If management is cancelled during the initial 6-month term, the remaining monthly payments for that term remain payable.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date. We may pause work or management services if an account becomes overdue.
• Third-party costs, including domains, hosting, premium plugins, software or other paid services, are the client's responsibility unless expressly included in the quote.

Our standard website delivery timeframe is approximately 7 days, commencing once we have received the content, information and approvals required to complete the project. Delays in providing content, information or feedback may extend the timeframe. All timeframes are estimates unless a specific completion date has been agreed in writing.

The number of revisions included in your project will be stated in your quote. Additional revisions or significant changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Once you approve the website for launch, the project is considered accepted.

You are responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Once all amounts relating to the project have been paid in full, you own the completed website and project files delivered to you. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, systems, frameworks, software, tools and reusable code. Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Where your website relies on third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins or software, those services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for outages, failures, price changes or other issues caused by third-party providers.

Website projects may be cancelled before completion. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable, and any outstanding amount will be calculated based on work completed and costs incurred. Monthly management fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for a partially used billing period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
